This small place shelters 22 waxed figures of historical characters as well as characters of the artistic scope; among them stands out Virgen de Guadalupe, Pedro Infante and Benito Juárez.

This precinct was inaugurated on 12th December, 1957 by José Neira Ocejo and Dilea Castillo de Neira, who took waxed-made figures as a hobby, in 1949 they decided to exhibit those figures in the surroundings of hill Tepeyac, but it was not until 1957 that it became officially a museum.
