Anteriormente fueron las instalaciones de la Fábrica de Papel Loreto y Peña Pobre. Mantiene su estructura original y todavía se pueden ver las máquinas de la fábrica. En la actualidad se llama Plaza Inbursa aunque se conoce coloquialmente como Plaza Cuicuilco.
En sus instalaciones hay espacios de ocio, cines, zonas de comida rápida, restaurantes, la famosa zona para niños Kidzania, tiendas y estacionamiento.
